Alaska Annette Island excursion in Ketchikan

Has anyone done this excursion through DCL? I searched the Disboard, and could only find one review from 2014, and it was a very bad review. Wondering if anyone else has done this tour, and what you thought?
We are on the aug 15, 2016 cruise, and we are travelling with our 2 kids who will be 4 and 6.
