Do the resorts have alarm clocks? I can't remember. We will be at the Wilderness Lodge and would like to know.
Thanks
Lisa

I'm sure they do. I can't imagine any hotel without one. If, for some reason, your room doesn't have one, you can always have Mickey call to wake you up. It's fun to hear his squeaky little voice on the phone even if you're already awake. :sunny:

Have a great trip!

There were alarm clocks in the WL & VWL last May in both rooms I stayed in. Ok I never used them, I had Mickey call. :rotfl:

On that note look at the clocks and make sure the prior guest hasn't played a trick on you by setting the clock to go off in the middle of the night. It happened to me the first night I stayed at one of the hotels. Boy did I get out of that bed fast. :rotfl2:

You can arrange to get an alarming wake up call from Stitch. I don't think Mickey calls anymore. At least he didn't when we went in May.

Do all stars have alarm clocks? Do they have a raido on them?

2 years ago we had no radio or alarm clock in ASmovies. Last year at POR we had a clock radio with a alarm clock.

I've stayed in almost all of the Disney Resorts (except for the Poly, All-Star Movies, Beach Club, & Dolphin). I'm pretty certain that just about every resort room that I've stayed in has had an alarm clock in it. Almost all of the alarm clocks have been of the alarm clock radio type, but I think one or two might have been just a standard digital alarm clock. I should also note that a few of the alarm clocks have been of the CD player type.

I have a few photos of the various alarm clocks in my on-line photo albums. I'll give a few links below:

All-Star Music
Pop Century
Old Key West
Fort Wilderness Cabin
Animal Kingdom Lodge (suite)
Grand Floridian (deluxe concierge)

Even if they do have alarm clocks, I plan on asking for a wakeup call
for my bride (Kelly) on the first morning that we're there. She's a big
Disney fan and will most likely get a kick out it.

When we were in WDW last month, the wake-up call was done by Stitch. It was very cute.

The wake-up calls at the WL are automated. You just punch the information into the phone and the call comes when you ask for it. If you want to cancel it or change it, just do so by pushing the correct keys on the phone. If you want to take a nap, just use the automated system.

there are alarm clocks in all of the resorts as well as a "wake up call" service you can call the night before for. it's actually pretty cute, Mickey calls and wakes you up! it's a much better sound than that of an annoying alarm clock.
