Alamo's cancellation policy

Alamo's rates are so much lower for my dates (Jan 15 - 22) then Nationals. I have never rented anything but National Emerald Aisle and love the ease of renting Emerald Aisle and the convenience of being able to cancel and rebook with no fees. I have searched Alamo's site for their cancellation policy but can't find it, does anyone know if it is the same as Nationals? The difference in rental rates is almost $60.

I've made and canceled Alamo reservations more times than I can remember. I was never charged a cancellation fee.

Same here. I made a reservation last year and rebooked a new one and then cancelled the old. I did this about 5 times the rate went from $350 down to $209.00!! No fees were charged. Go for it! Book first and THEN cancel..just in case.

There are no cancelation fees with Alamo as others have said.

I know you mention that you like the convenience of the Emerald Aisle, me too! But did you know that Alamo also has online check in so that you can just walk right out to your car category in the garage, pick out the car you want and drive away? The only thing is that you cannot use a coupon if you want this option. You can still use an ID code though. I've used this a number of times, very easy!
