Alamo *********** ?

Does anyone know if there are any hidden catches with the Alamo *********** program?

If I join will it be mandatory that I get the extra insurances?

Actually when joining you can designate that you do NOT want the insurance and they won't bug you about it at check-in. This is a good reason to join the frequent renter program of any rental car company you are using... you can make these decisions in advance and avoid all the annoying upselling.

Thank you. I did sign up. When I went through my original plan (which I have a reservation for with Alamo) it came out to be more expensive through QS. So, I hope this is okay, but I am not rebooking with QS, I am keeping my original reservation. This should be fine, right?

Just call Alamo and ask them to add your QS number to your original reservation.
