Alamo ????? with coupons

For on-line check in I can book a compact for pick-up at JAX and return to the Dolphin
I was using a Walmart ID 430710 and rate code BY with a Alamo coupon code D60C. It does accept it but am I missing something where I find out when I get there. I have the Alamo coupon, do I need something from Walmart for its codes ( got from Mousesavers)

I dont think you can use online check-in with a coupon.

Forgot to answer the other part of your question! No need for anything for the WalMart code.

I got an email from Alamo's customer service today when I asked about using discounts and any type of coupon (paper vs. e-coupon) for on-line check-in. They replied as follows:

Reservations made with paper coupon or e-coupon does not qualify for Online Check In.
I think if you skipped the coupon, you should be able to use on-line check in. BTW - it will show on your confirmation page if you can use it. And, when you view existing reservations, it will be an option at the bottom of the screen.
