Alamo second driver question through our costco card

I am renting a car however my husband will be the second driver and will not be arriving until about three days into our trip. Can I take a copy of his drivers license To register him through Alamo As the second driver or Will my husband have to go to the Alamo counter when I pick him up at Orlando airport and just update the information there So he would be the second driver.

He will have to be present when you add him as a second driver. So, yes, you and he will need to go to the counter to update your contract.
