alamo rental codes

I saw the rental code ad8221sdf on another alamo thread. I used it and the code gave 30.00 off but there was a footnote saying a coupon might be required at time of rental. Is there a coupon or is this just a code that is needed?

I believe most codes are all electronic these days. I haven't handed over paper in ages.

Try googling visa & alamo. Visa has a ID and coupon code that I got a great rate with for early May. It's since gone up, but I've have a lot of luck with good rates with these codes. Something on the Visa site might say expired, but it's really not.

We have a Mastercard so the Visa code probably wouldnt work for us.

If you Google that code, it takes you to the Alamo site. You can print the page and have it with you just in case. I use Alamo codes and coupons all the time and have never been asked for a paper copy.
