Alamo Question - Can I use the Kiosk?

If I can't do the online check-in can I still use the Kiosk or are they mutually exclusive? Is the Kiosk on the floor with the check-in counters? It's been a few years since I rented a car from Alamo in Orlando so I can't recall quite where everything is.

What I remember - that the rental counter is on the same level as the luggage pickup. Then you have to go up one level to where the car's are located or am I just in lala land in terms of remembering.

Not sure about the kiosk. We have always been able to put our info in on-line in advance and then just go to the kiosk. I would think if you have your print out with the bar code you would be able to use the kiosk. Alamo is actually one level below luggage claim. You take the large escaltor down from the main terminal, claim your luggage, and then take the elevator down one level to the car rental area. The cars are just across the street from that level. At least this is how it works in the terminal with delta airlines.

There are two different things with Alamo. Online checkin and SaveTime. If you do online checkin, you don't need to use the kiosk. If you have a coupon on the rental you won't be able to use online checkin. You can use SaveTime to pre-enter a lot of your information before arrival, then use the kiosk to complete the rental.
