Before getting a QS card, I reserved a mid-sized SUV at a great price with Alamo. Now that I do have QS, the website no longer quotes that class of vehicle, and prices are higher.

My question is this, should I call Alamo to somehow have the ressie and QS number linked, or do I just show up at the QS counter and present my QS card and existing ressie paperwork?

I'd call and have it linked, because you get in different line to pick up your car which is much faster.

I called once I got my card and they just added the QS information, however, it did effect my price, but only by $2.00 so I went ahead and had then change it, I figured $2 was worth not having to stand in a longer line.

OK, I called, spoke to a nice lady at what I assumed was an oversees call center. She said she had to cancel my existing ressie, but re-booked it (with a new ressie number) for the same price. I have not been able to confirm it on the Alamo website yet, I'm guessing they may update the voice ressie system with the internet once a day. If the change isn't showing tomorrow, I guess I'll call back.

I did the same thing a few weeks ago, it worked out fine.
In fact when we checked in the paperwork said SUV rather the mid size SUV
so we grabbed a full size Jeep.

I called in the evening and the next day my reservation was online
