This will be my first trip using Alamo *********** service. We have prepaid and entered our CC and DL info in the system...... can I just go directly to the lot to pick out my car now? It said something in my email about just bringing your rental agreement and DL to the booth..... but I don't have a "rental agreement"!

Yes, you go directly to the lot, there's a counter out there and give them your reservation number. You'll be in and out in minutes , THEN you hand the paperwork they give you to the booth after you pick out your car. We do this all the time.

You should be able to check in online and print out what you need on your PC at home.

However, if you used a coupon, even e-coupons from their website you cannot use online check in.

When you made your online reservation you should have been e-mail a contract. If not log in with your confirmation # and just print that out. When you arrive at airport just go pick out your car from National/Alamo lot. Give the attendant your DL and the paper thats in the car and off you'll go. It's great and very quick & easy.

If you use a coupon, just check in using one of the kiosk next to inside counter, also quick & easy, the follow the above.
