Alamo midsize SUV - what model now

What is Alamo renting for the midsize SUV now? I have one booked for April.

In February we had a mid-size SUV through Alamo and we got a Toyota Highlander.

Only RAV4s were available when we were there last week. Our was brand new--7 miles on odometer.

Can anyone confirm, is the Toyota Highlander now a midsize SUV or is it still a standard SUV?

When we picked up our full size SUV last Thursday, there were mostly Highlanders and a couple 4Runners. We choose a 4Runner for the larger cargo capacity. When we walked by the midsize SUV's, there were plenty of RAV4's in there.

I think the highlander is still a standard SUV. The new ones are bigger, so it finally makes sense in that car class.

The mids are usually toyota rav-4, saturn vue, pontiac torrent, and chevy equinox.

I have hired a mid sized SUV for this Sept (Tampa) - will make a nice change to the base cars i usually get - do you think the choices will still be as above?
