You take whichever car you want from within the class you booked. There are signs in each mile to identify the class of car. If none are available in the class you reserved, then I guess it's whatever you can negotiate.Do you have your choice oh what you get or do you have to take an SUV.

We took a full size even though there were some mid-size there. No-one ever questioned us otherwise and we were charged the mid-size rate I had booked.
We're going to do the same thing again this May trip so I'll report back in three weeks after we come home.

DJT said:We were there in February. We had a mid-size SUV reserved. We went to the aisle and picked a wonderful Buick Ranier. Leather, the works. You just take whatever you want from the SUV aisle. On that aisle they do not separate the mid-size from the full size. Nice!
