Alamo @ Dolphin ?????

I am a complete newbie when it comes to renting cars. We are planning on renting a car for a day to travel to Dayton to see my MIL's new house. And so my DH can see the ocean for the first time. I read that there is a Alamo rental place at the Dolphin? How easy is it to get there and to rent a car? We will be staying at the CBR. I will need to rent 2 carseats as we have 2 little ones. Any and all advice would be great as we've never rent a car before. Or had a car while in WDW. TIA

It's very easy. You can take a bus to DHS and then either boat or walk to the Dolphin from there. Or, just head to a different park (or from a park that you're at already) and hop on the S/D bus. The rental counter does close at 4pm, so plan accordingly.
The rental counter is off to one side, kind of hidden, off the lobby of the Dolphin.
When you rent there, they will give you your keys, you will go out to the front of the resort, hand your keys to a valet person, who will go and drive your car around to you. Very easy.

Sounds very easy. Thanks for the quick response. So if they close @ 4pm. Can I still return my car later that night? We we're planning on picking it up @ 9am and returning by 9pm. TIA

Yep. You just leave it with the valet CMs. When you reserve it, let them know you need those car seats.
