alamo check in question

Hi everyone! I had a question for you experts. I will be arriving at MCO tomorrow afternoon and have already checked in on-line with alamo with all my info. Last time I went I was able to by-pass the counter and the kiosk and go directly into the parking garage, pick out a car and leave having the exit attendant check my license. Is that still the practice or do I need to stop at the kiosk. The web site makes me think that I need to stop at the kiosk. Last time I tried to use a kiosk it didn't work and I stood in line. Thanks for any help any one could send my way!!

If you have used on-line check in then you can go directly to the garage to pick out your car from the appropriate row. Then simply show your Online Check-In documents, along with your driver's license and credit card, to the agent at the exit booth on your way out.
