Alamo at sanford Airport

We are flying into Sanford on Mon. Nov.7th at 9:20p.m. We want to rent a car from Alamo since they are the only car company opened late. Do you think that it will be a problem getting in to Sanford at 9:20 and getting to Alamo by 10:00(the time they close)? Also, does anyone know how long it takes to get to Alamo? They are within the airport, but we are unsure if we can walk or do we take a shuttle or what? Help!!

I'd call Alamo directly. My DH just booked with them for our Feb vacation. I believe they are right at the airport, near the short term parking lot.

I think Avis is also open until 10:00 as I am booked with them for Thursday, December 8 and they are open until 10 on that day.

I too was worried about this, as our flight arrives in Dec. at 9:45 p.m. and the counter is listed as closing at 10 p.m. I called them directly, in Fla., and they told me no problem, they stay open an hour after the last flight lands.
If anyone hears anything otherwise from Alamo, please post!
