We've rented with them 2x in the past 2 years. No problems to speak of. Slightly 'overzealous' with the extra insurance, but if you know that going in, you can be prepared. They are right on site at MCO, so no shuttling either.

I agree about the insurance, but as long as you stand firm and say "None," you'll be fine. We get Alamo a lot via Priceline and have had decent experiences. Sometimes the line is very long, but this weekend we had Budget and noticed there was no one at all in the Alamo line.

I rented with them 2x when they were off site... no problems at all.... lines were long, but cars were great....
