To answer a question a few posts back about combining codes, and contract numbers, and coupons...I have read here that you can't do that at Alamo. Someone posted on another thread that they used the Wal-Mart numbers and an Entertainment coupon and were not allowed to use the coupon.

Does anyone else have any experience with this? I put in for the Walmart discount as well as the AD94 coupon that was posted here (per Alamo's site) and it gave me a great deal. I would think if you couldn't combine the two, it wouldn't give you the rate, it would tell you you couldn't do it or something of that nature. Just wondering if anyone has combined discounts and had a problem. I don't want to pick up my car and find the price is higher. TIA

in january i used the walmart code and an alamo ecoupon and had no issues. i think because it is their coupon it's not a problem.

We have used codes and coupons and never had a problem. The customer service department said that as long as you have a printed confirmation you should be fine. They mentioned that when you book online you'll receive a message saying things can't be combined. So, I hope they are correct.

I can't seem to get any of my discounts to work with alamo. I rented a trail blazer for August for 252.00. Where are you getting the coupons? On another site I read if you check in on line you save 15.00, I can't seem to find that either.
