We own at BCV. Have stayed at all except SSR. But, my DW LOVES the Spa there.

Hey Doc, we are a little further west of of Newman Road. We are also going to Disney at Christmas, Dec 15 - 19. How old are your kids and where do they go to school? Maybe we could get together down there.

It was not open on our last trip. I'm actually excited about not having to get on I-4 next time down.

Have any of you guys used II for Gatlinburg, Orange Beach, Still Waters, etc.? How about a Disney Cruise? Have you been anywhere using points other than the 7 DVC resorts?

2nd Question

Where would you like to see new DVC resorts? Would you go?

I'm mainly thinking off property, but on property responses are good too!

DH wants to see one on the panhandle.

I own at SSR, as a matter of fact just made my first reservations for the last week of June next year, one bedroom in Congress Park. Plan to stay there Sun-Thurs and check into a studio at Vero Beach Fri & Sat.

We have only used our points at BWV so far. We plan to go to SSR next June.

I would love to see a DVC Resort in the panhandle as well. Especially since we only live about 1hr 15 min away from the Gulf Coast.

Boys go to St. Ignatius, Princess in Christ United Mom's day out on Grelot.
We are currently checked in for Dec 9-14, but I just found out that if I don't use vacation days by Dec. 31, I lose them. Now on vacation from Dec. 9-26!
So we are about to extend our stay. If we could meet, that would be awesome.

We have not used our points outside of the DVC resorts yet. We are still exploring the resorts, have stayed at BCV, OKW, SSR and HHI. Our next ressie is for VWL. Love them all!

Long term plans do include trading out, but no decisions yet.

We did rent points out this year to cover the cost of a DCL cruise.

The success of on property DVC resorts means they will likely build another. I would like to see a monorail DVC. But I've loved all of the resorts so far, so I'll trust Disney to make the right decision.

I would like to see the next off property DVC be a mountain, or non-beach resort. No specific location in mind.

We will at BCV from 12/9-12/15. DW is trying to figure out where the rest of the days will be. She is checking on availability at the BCV, but being last minute, we may have to move.
