When booking there....do you have to specifically ask for Kidani Village...or is it luck of the draw? Are the point the same for Kidani vs Jambo?

You have to ask for one or the other.

You will know when you book which building you are in. If you have a preference, let them know when you call. Two of the room categories only exist in Jambo House. Those are Value and Concierge Level.

You will also check-in at the building you are staying in.

MS usually will tell you which one is available. If you have a preference, just ask. We have always loved our savannah view rooms at AKV. First stay was at Jambo, & the 2nd at Kidani. Actually think I loved our view better at Jambo. We were right in front of the giraffe feeding area. The kids loved it.
