I am a gold member "veteran" - I used to have time to surf and post on these boards when I was getting married, but going back to school takes up most of my time now!

All of my rental agreements have gone smoothly in the past and I can provide you with people to pm/email (DISboard members!) for references.
I require a written contract, which will be emailed to you for you to sign and mail back to me (or scan and email).

I require half of the payment due within one week of your reservation being made (when you receive the email confirmation from DVC stating the reservation number and details), and the balance due 90 days prior to your reservation beginning for current use-year points, and within 75 days after your reservation is booked if I am borrowing points for your reservation.

I accept payment in the form of personal check, cashiers check or money order.
