AKV Value Questions

I own at AKV but am not too familiar with the value rooms. I understand they are smaller and only at Jambo. Does anyone have the numbers (units and SF. Also, approx allocation of views?

Has anyone stayed in these - I assume they book quickly.

The value villas are about 3' shorter than the standard and savanna ones at Jambo.

The views available are 40% pool, 40% savanna and 20% parking lot. I think that is correct.

My wife and I were in a value 1br last summer for 11 nights. It was great. Plenty of room.

I've been in two value studios, one savannah, one pool view with DH, and we're going again, staying in one next week. I've also had a 1 bedroom value, (that was pool view, too) and that was for 3 adults and it was more than fine! We enjoyed the room and the washing machine. DCuz thought the pull out was comfortable.

Are the value studios good enough for one adult and three kids (9, 5 and 5), or should I go with a 1 bedroom? Also, is availability an issue for 7 month bookings for end of May (2010)?

Does anyone have pics of the Parking lot view from the Jambo DVC rooms? I don't think I've ever come across one which makes me think they don't exist. (yea, I've never seen a million dollars either - "Just because you haven't see something, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist" hehe)
