AKV Studio question

As the current rooms are remodeled resort rooms, do the studios have two beds (ala OKW) or do they have the one bed and sofa bed? It would be nice to have the option in a studio. I have situations where two beds would work better than one bed and the sofa bed. Thanks!

It would have been nice if they would have kept some of the bunk bed rooms for those of us with 4 people in a studio.

hey DVC - ya listening??? Make some more studios with 2 beds or bunkbeds!

when I asked - quite a while ago - the same question about VWL. got told if you want more than one bed - get a 2-bedroom.... Don't remember if that was MS or the front desk at VWL/WL.

yea, not really fair to those of us who need to budget.

that say except for a few of us - the bed and sofa bed works best - for couples or solos.

but I certainly don't like it when traveling with a friend. Since I been a good hostess will generally end up on the sofa bed.

would have been happy with a Murphy bed. but no.

Then, all of a sudden, you have yet another category to price and inventory. (And to compete over...)

Believe me, I would rather have 2 beds than 1 and a sleeper sofa as well and the bunks would be a real treat for my kids. But at the same time there is something to be said about limiting the different choices for the sake of simplicity.

That's true. It would open up a whole new window of complications offering that much variety. Most of the time I don't need to use the sofa bed.

Are the sofa beds in the AKV the new style that everyone says is pretty comfortable? I slept on the pull out in the VWL years ago and it wasn't comfortable at all. (I was the good hostess and gave my mom the bed)
