Ah. So if we reserved a studio with savannah view, is it in Kidani?

Jambo House has Value, Standard View, Savanna View and Concierge rooms. Kidani has Standard View and Savanna View rooms.

ETA: When you make a reservation for a Savanna View room it will either be for "Savanna View - Jambo House" or "Savanna View - Kidani" depending on what is available. In other words, you will know which building you will be in at the time you make the reservation. If you have a preference, you should make that known to MS when you call. If both are available for your dates you will have your choice of locations.

No, there are plenty of savanna view studios in Jambo House.

The "value" category refers to the SIZE of the room. The value category rooms (studio, 1BR's and 2BR's) are a result of standard AKL rooms being converted into DVC villas, which is why they are only available at Jambo House. Most of the converted lodge rooms were deluxe (larger) rooms so they resulted in bigger villas.

In a nutshell, the VALUE rooms are smaller than their "non-value" counterparts, BUT they can have a savanna, pool or parking lot view. A view can be requested in the value category, but it is not guaranteed. The reason they have a lower point requirement is due to their smaller size, not their view.
