The Value rooms are smaller and have views of the Sunset Savanna, the pool area or the parking lot. The Standard View rooms are larger and have a view of the pool area (in Kidani the view will be pool, garden or parking lot). In Jambo House the Value and Standard View rooms are the same width but are 3 to 3-1/2 feet shorter. That length difference is in living/sleeping areas. The kitchen/kitchenette and bathroom areas are the same size in both.
Because of the smaller size, the Value 1BR/2BRs either do not have a sleeper chair or if they have one, do not have enough floor space to open both the chair and the sleep sofa. So the occupancy for the Value rooms is lower (4 for a studio, 4 for a 1BR, 8 for a 2BR vs 4/5/9 in the larger non-Value rooms).
I moved from a standard to a value studio and IMO, the view was just as good.

The value studio is smaller and in mine, the bed was positioned right next to the slider, whereas in the standard view the sofa was on the slider side. Also, there's less room between the foot of the bed and the table in a value studio. You're likely to get differing opinions on whether or not the extra points are worth it for a standard, but IMO, if you have one or two people the value in definitely better. If more people, you may prefer the extra room of the standard.
