Akv- recent price per point purchases

considering finally purchasing a resale at akv. Would you mind me asking what price point those of you who have purchased within the last couple years have paid per point? Thanks so much.

The past couple of years is not really useful info. You would be best to look at the threat for ROFR in the first few postings it lists what people have recently paid, which have passed ROFR and the points on the contract.
