AKV or BRV Purchase

BCV, BWV, and BRV all originally started with studios having a capacity of 4 and then added the small pull down during refurbs.

I think, however, given timing that they are unlikely to add a 5th to the studio at AKV. They had a chance a few years ago and did not.

Feels like they are happy with SSR, BLT and AKV being studio 4/1BR 5. (And yeah, the 5th sleep surface at SSR is new, they used to be BYOB.)

They may with the next hard goods refurb at AKV - fingers crossed that will be soon.

When akv gets their refurb will occupancy in studios increase To 5?

I assume akv will get the Murphy and pull down bed below the tv

They didn’t when the redid SSR. They kept them sleeping 4.
