AKV Online Check-In Question?

I just tried doing online check-in for Kidani village, however it only give me 2 options to pick from for a room request, either Pembe or Sunset Savanna? How can I request a room close to the lobby/pool? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

The best way to make room requests is to call and have them added to your reservation.

That's strange I had the option to make two choices and close to lobby was one. I would call Disney directly and make sure your room requests are noted on your reservation.
