We got the hunched back ghost... The one I have with the tall ghost turned out really well.

When we got off the HM, my plan was to head over to Splash. Well I hear Wishes starting! WHAT!! I had 11 written down. There was my mishap number 4, lol! Ooops. We ran right over to watch them. I didn't have time to set up my tripod, so the pics did not turn out okay, but this one sort of did.

Oh well. I got to see Wishes again later on in the week. After Wishes the park was closing, so we headed on out. Now let me tell you, I am not one to complain, but I finally got to experience how it feels to have those stupid rental strollers smack me in the back of the ankles. It hurts people. Some woman hit me when we were walking out on Main St. The first time was okay, but when she did it again like 1 minute later, I turned around and then she finally said sorry. Geese people, pay attention. Those things hurt especially when they hit you right in the back of the ankle. Oh well. That was fun, lol.

When we got back to the resort, it was so nice to hit the sheets. I went right to bed, lol. All in all it was a great first day with many more great days to come.

Coming up next, MK rope drop!

I will totally check out the DVC booth in October and let you know if it is still there! :goodvibes
Happy that Tim went on TOT :woohoo: I don't mind going by myself because every time they are looking for a single rider I get to be front and center :cool1: Awesome picture of the family too...just love this ride ::yes::
Mmmmm Biergarten....did you have some fun tablemates? I had a single father and his teenage daughter and friend....he was a riot and I saw him everywhere the rest of the week....he even walked up to Le Cellier and got in for dinner...he didn't have ADR's for anything :sad2:
Loving your low crowds....wow it looks practically empty!!
Awesome pictures inside the HM and the parade too :thumbsup2

Tracy

I think your Goofy came out great! Tim's too. I love the Animation Academy.

I'm going to see TS3 at midnight too! :woohoo:

I love the pin of Hans Solo! The face is perfect! :rotfl:

You guys had a jampacked first day! I would've been ready to pass out by the end of it! Great start! :thumbsup2

PS - I'm totally craving a Dole Whip float now...

YAY for TS3!!!!!! I cannot wait!!! We always have packed days, but they are nice. It is not as hectic as it seems.

HAHA, sorry.

Great start! That dole whip looks so yummy. I can't believe I still have never tried one...I almost feel like that is a Disney crime everyone talks about them so much!

That is a cute picture of you by that tree. Oh, and I love your Vera too. ;)

You must try one! Thanks!!

Love this shot!

Aw man! You had to post this didn't you? Now I've got a craving.:worship: I found a diner about a 45 minute drive from our place that has dole whip. I asked if they could do a dole whip float and the girl at the counter looked at me like I had two heads or something! I couldn't bring myself to try it plain so next time I'm bringing along some Dole pineapple juice and I'll make my own! :snooty:
Thanks!! haha, yeah I had to. OOH lucky! There is an ice cream shop like 10 minutes away from me that has them!

Yay you have started the report! I can't believe you have done so many updates, I haven't even started my report yet. I love the photos from Epcot, I love all of the scenery in World Showcase, makes for beautiful photos. :)

I cannot believe I have this many updates either, lol. I did not have any math homework, so that is why. World showcase is great.

These are so cute!!! Love all the pictures -- especially that ToT one. Very cool!

Aren't they cute? I have more from TOT.

After seeing those pins I did some research, and apparently in August they are coming out with Star Wars Vinylmation figures, in the same designs as the pins. Mr. Arb cannot wait.

OOh that is awesome!!!!

All caught up with your first day, some great photo's and great report as usual bless Tim falling asleep and shouting how he wants the window.

I love the Ariel tradition that you saw and spotted the Aurora and Prince Philip one in the picture behind you! I so need to get that.

Can't wait to hear what the spectro secret is.
I know, poor Tim. LOL! I love all of the Jim Shore figurines. So pretty.

Oh I posted about the secret. It was not about Specrto, though. I found the secret right before watching Spectro.

I know what you mean by smelling the roses. I often walk by myself in the parks to take in the atmosphere.

And I've had multiple rollers hurt me. It feels like the people who were pushing them felt intitled. That I was an adult and I was not to be there. Not everyone with a stroller is like that, but the people who don't look out for other human beings are like that. IMO

Yay! Love your TR so far!!! And your pictures are BEAUTIFUL! So funny that Tim falls asleep on moving vehicles - sounds like my DH. Dan can fall asleep standing up, I swear - not me I have to be in my own bed, with absolute silence!! :rotfl:

I love the pic with you guys and the Chinese hats! So cute! I'll have to check out the paper book in July and see if it's still there. And I'll so add a paragraph too! It's a great idea! Can't wait to see more!!! :cool1::cool1::cool1:

Before I ate, though, I ran outside to meet Elizabeth! I met her, her husband, and cute little Grace. She was a doll! Elizabeth and I chatted for a while about the weather and how we though the crowds were not bad at all. I told her that we were just enjoying being in the parks and walking around. This trip I did not feel like we had to run and hit every single attraction. Here is a pic of us!

Lynnie! I actually like our pic and never like my pics! It's really hard to out smile you girl. :cutie: All your pics are beautiful. It was so great to see you and I can't wait to read all about it! Hope we can meet up again soon. :goodvibes

Tiens! Salut PopArtGal! :wave2:

Bonjour!

thanks for making me notice that I wrote "rollers" instead of strollers hehe

What a great first day. You sure did get alot done. Your pictures are beautiful, better than some photopass pics. I can't wait to go in September to see if the paper book is still there. Can't wait for Day 2.:)

What an amazing first day!! I love your shirt-- so cute! Where's it from?? I also love the DIS shoutout in your story. What a cool thing. It's things like that that I love to bring up to people who want to know why we love to go to Disney as often as possible-- so many people think of it as a "one time" place. That's just crazy!!

Your trip is SOOO fun so far!!!!!! I love your shirt you are wearing! Your Epcot pictures are just beautiful. HOW COOL that you wrote a story in that little book!!! I am totally going to look for it when I go in December. I will take a picture of it so you can see--hopefully it will still be there :goodvibes

What a great first day you had!

Mmm that glass of wine looks yummy and refreshing!

Ooh girl you are always finding hidden Mickeys.

I love Spectro. Your pics came out great like always :goodvibes

Aw the story you wrote in the little book was cute! I hope the book is still there when I go!

Wow girl, you got a lot done! I HAVE to go find that book now since you wrote in it!

I'm finally all caught up! I am so glad you saw that really cool hidden book on that room! How neat! Love your epcot wine pics! Pretty :)

I like wine but just familar ones. i want to venture out but really only try ones recommended to me, I like to stay in my comfort zone but that one looked yummy!!! Also i will try to remember to check out that booth in Oct when I go!! really cool secret thanks for sharing!!!

Hey Lynn, joining in on your report. Your tonga toast picture made my mouth water. I cannot wait to try it. I'm also going to school to become a teacher but I wanna teach kindergarten. the goofy pictures are hilarious. Those are some good shots of Fantasmic from the standing room only area. You have some really great pictures from your January report. What kind of camera do you use? Sorry to hear that your iTunes account got hacked. People can be so rude. You did an excellent job drawing goofy. Cant wait to read more.

Great trip report Lynn. Your photos are great. What kind of camera and lens are you using? Im new to photography, thats why I ask. Oh and I love your Vera Bradley. Did you like carrying that bag at WDW?

Wow, never knew about that book. I'll have to look for it in August...and start thinking of something clever to write in it. Can't believe all the things you guys squeezed in on your first day. Fun!!!

Ooh, I want to see more pics from ToT...please!!

That's really neat about the book at the Frontierland DVC place!

Great pics from Spectro and the Haunted Mansion! :thumbsup2

Those strollers are horrible!!! I don't understand why people can't pay attention to where they are going! :headache:
