I should have made it clear I was referring to the original posts, not to your roll-up. I checked the original posters' info before I made that reply and your table reflects the unit numbers those two posters reported purchasing.

If there really is a unit 31 being sold, then there may be another document somewhere on the Orange County website.

ETA: Went back to the OC website and there is another document that shows a Unit 41A. It consists of just 3 studios, so it is smaller than the other units listed above which each consist of two 2BR lockoffs.

I, too checked the original posters' info, but didn't check OC (oops!). Gotta wonder if the typos (31s) might be Disney's?

I guess 23 is a new unit for September? Everyone else in Sept has unit 33. I just double checked my info and it lists 23. MandM22 has the same.

Just want to double check that Unit number. Is it really 23? or perhaps 33? The other Sep UY owners got Unit 33 so just wondered if this was a typo or if there is a new Unit out there we haven't mapped yet. Thanks.

Yea I double checked also. Guess it's the new 1st timers. Hey justwinnie, I can't wait to see those Florida palm trees soon. This cold icy snow and sleet here in Jersey is awful. Give me the sun!

Thanks for checking. I just checked the Orange County website and can't find any new documents. Given they are actively selling Unit 23, I expect we'll see some new documents pop up on that website sometime soon showing where that unit is within the Lodge. Stay tuned!

Absolutely! but the documents Disney has filed with Orange County only include Units 25, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33, 35, 36. Now I have no idea whether they are required to file documents prior to starting sales of new units and in fact, maybe they already filed the documents but Orange County just hasn't scanned them in yet. The main reason I'm interested in keeping tabs on any new units that are reported here is to see how the conversion of the 5th and 6th floors of the Lodge building is going to progress (how many villas of each type will become available over time). And in particular, I'm very anxious to see when they start selling Units on the 6th floor

Hi Missymouse! thanks for keeping this updated. Shouldn't the units be kept separated out? The units are what tell us how much of the resort is selling, so it would be more useful to sort the data by Unit number rather than by Use Year Month.
