I used missymouse's info, and sorted it (sorted by unit number, total pts, name). I don't know how to post so it stays in columns, tho.

Got our paperwork today for a meager 25pts in unit 36, Dec UY. I've placed the call to increase already This illness is sooo not good .

Not a problem. At the time I posted the first list I had to leave to go to class, I finished sorting after I got back.

Bldg 31 seems to be the exception to the rule re: unit #s assigned by UYs - only 2 owners are showing bldg 31.

I suspect those are typos. There is no Unit 31 listed in the document filed with the county. It lists the following units: 25, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33, 35, 36.

Went back and checked to see if I had made a mistake and those two 31's were definitely what was reported on the board. The 500 pt. one says (under the foundation) next to it so I am thinking that one was bought under some special entity. If Jimbo and Penguin 77 want to check and verify the unit number I will correct it if it is in error.

I should have made it clear I was referring to the original posts, not to your roll-up. I checked the original posters' info before I made that reply and your table reflects the unit numbers those two posters reported purchasing.

If there really is a unit 31 being sold, then there may be another document somewhere on the Orange County website.

ETA: Went back to the OC website and there is another document that shows a Unit 41A. It consists of just 3 studios, so it is smaller than the other units listed above which each consist of two 2BR lockoffs.

It appears that in some of the 2-br lockouts, the connecting door to the studio side is in the foyer area (somewhat like SSR and BCV), while in others it's between the kitchen and living area (somehat like BWV and VWL, but not quite as far into the living area). This also makes the layout of the studio a little different. The two 2-br's in unit 29 are like this.

It also appears the master bedroom is a little different. For instance, one has a 2 basin sink, while the other has a one basin sink.

Yes! Unit 29 is interesting because the connecting door is in one place in one of the 2BR lockoffs and in a different place in the other due to some structural element in the corner near the main door. (On the floor plan, this structural element appears as a large rectangular shape with a big "X" on it.) There is another one in the corner of one of the master baths, leaving room for only a single sink in that bathroom.
