AKV concierge?

I have a confirmed reservation for a studio for 6 nights at AKV concierge level beginning January 6th 2011. I was wondering if it was too soon to touch base with IPO? If it is too soon then how many months out do you usually contact them?

They will not be able to make any reservations for you until 180 days from check-in. You could contact them about 30 days prior to that if you wish.

We are staying in June and they reached out and contacted us right before our 180 day mark. They are wonderful!!
