AKV concierge - When to call them???

Several months ago I remember reading a thread about someone from concierge calling before the 180 day mark if you are staying concierge. Well, the 180 day mark is about a week away and I haven't heard anything from them yet. Does anyone know how to go about contacting them? Phone number, e-mail? Should I call or just wait for them to contact me? I would like to book the safari and get all of my ADR's made and waiting until the last minute is driving me crazy!

E-mailing will actually get you an answer faster from my experience. I ahve never gottena live person on the phone and they don't always call back ina timely manner either. But e-mail, they will get back to you within 24 hrs. I will be doing it soon as well since I will be arriving in October for my Anniversary trip with DH and I want it noted it is our anniversary and request maybe a Savannah view room. Either way it won't matter but we are planning to do most of the weekend in the room aside from race day so I want to be able to see the animals if we want.
