akv concierge pts vs cash

Hello all, I'm in the process of planning my May trip and was wondering if there was any difference in the way points guests are treated compared to cash guests (ammenities etc...) Also is there any kind of request I should make as far as room placement. I have two little ones and would like to be close to food offerings.

The only difference is how youa re purchasing your vacation. All guests are given the same consideration for requests, room location, etc.

Since DVC ALV CL room almost never go for "cash", if you are refering to the CRO rooms, they are on a different floor (not on the same floor as the lounge like the DVC rooms)

There are only 5 2-bedroom lock-offs that make up the DVC portion of the Concierge Level units at AKV Jambo House. They are all on the 6th floor and non are that far from the lounge area. 3 of them face the Sunset Savanna and the other 2 face the Uzima Pool.

Below is a link to the layout of the 5th floor at Jambo House. The DVC portion of the Concierge Level rooms are above the rooms numbered 5202-5209 and 5401-5406. The lounge is over the rooms numbered 5101-5106. There are no other rooms on the 6th floor.

All cash guest stay concierge on the 4th floor and have access to the 6th floor lounge.

There is only 1 concierge lounge. DVC and cash share it.

There are only five lockoff 2 bedrooms at club level, so you won't have a whole lot of choice about room placement. This is if you are using points for a DVC club level villa.
