AKV Concierge Perks

Just a quick question. What perks are included with a AKV concierge stay? Is it worth the extra pionts?

Snacks in the lounge, the ability to book the sunrise safari, concierge making your ADRs for you, Continental breakfast, & daily housekeeping. Only you can determine if it is worth the extra points for your trip.

I think it is something I'd like to do once, but not on a regular basis.
