AKV ... completion date?

We are planning to book 7 months out for AKV in Aug 2009. Is everything supposed to be completed in Kidani by then? Or will there still be a lot of construction going on? Does anybody know?

May 1 for about 60% of the rooms, lobby, restaurant, store, pool, most outside areas. Sep 1 for rest. In Aug, likely to have some construction being finished in north end of buidling, probably inside of rooms.
