AKV check in

Hello,

I am going with my family and friends in December for our first trip to the AKV. Since we are owners at SSR, we had to wait for the 7 month mark to switch our vacation to a different DVC resort. We are doing a split stay. We were successful at switching our first ressie to AKV- Jambo House. (We are waitlisted for our second ressie for Kidani and also Jambo.)

I am curious, as I preview the lodge by browsing pictures, I am curious about the DVC check-in areas. Is there a separate area for Jambo house and Kidani? Since Jambo was part of the regular AKL, do we check in at the regular AKL check in area?

I am really pumped to see the tree at the AKL!!!

If you're staying in AKV-Jambo House, you check in at the main lobby of AKL.

My DH is really pumped to go back for the holiday decorations. He's definitely going to get that "WOW" factor when he sees that tree in the lobby.
