One. Also one stop at Jambo House. Depending on crowd levels, Kidani Village & Jambo House may or may not share a bus.

Can you make a room request to be near a bus stop?

You can request Near Transportation. That request can be difficult to get as many will request either Near Transportation or Near Lobby (not much difference between the two requests).
