This morning we were feeling a little peckish so the 4 of us had brekkie at Boma. The food was great as usual although they no longer do omelettes to order, there are two ready made choices of cheese or ham and cheese. But Nathan did still get to order his eggs over easy. After brekkie we decided to head off to Magic Kingdom or as DBIL calls it ‘Tragic Kingdom’. First stop was fast passes for Splash Mountain and to get there we took the railroad. After stopping to view the castle.

From the platform we could see MK entrance and it was packed!

It was looking to be a warm day so SM a little while later would be good! It was then time to head over to Haunted Mansion stopping a few times for piccies on the way.

I must say HM was funny as the CM came into the room and when the lights came up made one woman really jump :D It was then time to head back to SM for a little soaking :thumbsup2

By now the cloud was gathering and we decided to get the monorail to Epcot. On the way out I stopped to take a piccie of Mickey and Minnie advertising the Pirate and Princess Party.

As we entered FW we could see the great topiaries and flower arrangements.

As it was the Flower and Garden Festival I wanted to get a good look at some of the different topiaries, but as the weather was not looking too good we headed back to AKL. Even though it was grey we headed out to the pool as it was still very warm but the weather soon broke and the storm rolled past.

Tonight we were trying somewhere very different, Bahama Breeze. The restaurant was busy when we arrived and we were given a pager and went to the bar outside and got a drink, although the live music was in keeping it was a bit loud so when our pager went off we were glad to be seated inside! I started off with the conch chowder.

And Nathan had the wings, wow what a huge portion!!

It was then time for entrée and I went for the kebabs. These were very tasty but again a large portion.

Nathan opted for a lighter entrée and had the tuna salad.

By now we were very full and dessert was not an option! After this we headed back to AKL.

For several trips, Boma was a first morning tradition for us. What a travesty that they no longer serve omelettes to order - it's by far the best part of any buffet breakfast, IMHO.

Epcot is always so pretty during the Flower and Garden Festival and it looks as though they came up with something different this year :thumbsup2 .

Thinking of you.

Beautiful photos again and report. Splash Mountain is my favourite ride.
