We have booked OKW for August 2015 and I was getting a little frustrated not being able to link up. I know there isn't much you can do but still, it's nice to be on the system!
I kept reading lots of people linking up, many going after us and many staying in DVC accom (although booking with WDTC). I eventually emailed WDTC to ask and was told my reference number wasn't a Disney one!!?? I emailed back and was told I would need to call the tech help number.
I did eventually ring (when I got around to it, wasn't in a huge hurry as so far out). I was given no explanation other than they would look into it. Next day, I received a call from someone at WDTC to say issue was fixed - I was able to log in straight away with the 6 digit booking number I had been given initially (the one I was told on email wasn't a WDTC one).
So, I am guessing, if you really want to link up now, you need to get in touch with them.
