AKV - air filters

the air conditioning unit was not working properly. So called maintence - a really nice lady came up and unconnected the problems. She couldn't fix it needed an electrician to fix it and he came later.

the filter was in bad, bad shape - I though that DVC changed these things every 3 months.

that filter had not been changed - it still was the same one before the rehab.

so it more than just dirty. They did change it.

anyway noticed the next day that all the filters were been changed at AKV. So no one else should have this problem.

because of all the dust - the fan had a problem....

since am allergic to dust mites did not appreciate this. Glad it was fixed - but wished it would have been fixed before it got so bad. Anyway surprise the next morning was sick.

Anyone know when DVC changes the air filters? really, really though it was every 3 months. but it can't be so - because AKV wasn't.

How much you want to bet that they didn't change them out after the construction was done? There probably was a lot of sheetrock dust on them, too. Maybe even paint spray.
