Thanks for sharing your stories. It is always good to hear the positive side of things. I always try to be polite as well trying to remember the person I am talking to is usually not the person who created the situation but is the person who is trying to fix it. I am so glad that everything worked out well for you, it was great to read.

Ditto......we have always had good, great, and far superior experiences with DVC when compared to other hotels. And although I agree that each hotel has its problems, there has never been a problem DVC didn't fix for me and then also treat me well after the fact.

thanks for sharing....we are staying for the 1st time in Kindai in May and are really looking forward to it.
