Akl???

Okay, first let me say that I have stayed at AKL previously... it's our FAVORITE resort. In December we are going with my extended family. My mom, dad, brother and sister will all be staying in one room. They have a savannah view room booked and requested bunk beds. Two questions:

1) Has anyone requested bunkbeds and not have it granted?
2) Where exactly are the deluxe rooms located... just in case they want to go larger.

I can only answer question two for you. The Deluxe rooms are only on the 5th floor and the key protected Concierge 6th floor.
