AKL Transportation after Park Hours?

Hi Everyone,

We have just booked Boma as one of our ADR's for 6:45 PM. The Animal Kingdom Park closes at 5PM on the day of our reservation and I just wanted to make sure that the buses will still be running from the AKL after our dinner. FYI- We will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge during this trip. I Also noticed that MK is hosting EMH that evening as well @ 8PM - 11PM, I assume the buses will be running for resort guests who want to attend EMH that evening. I probably answered my own question but just wanted to make sure and not have to pay a cab back to WL.

Also can anyone explain if it's the same bus from WL to AK versus AKL. Does the AKL have it's own bus stop or is it also shared with AK ?

There is no bus from WL to AKL. Busses that go from WL to AK would not then stop at AKL. I would get the AKL bus to/from MK.

You will need to go from WL to a park or water Park or DTD then a second bus to AKL. It will be prefereable to go WL-park-AKL. Consider going to park in the late afternoon and leaving from there to dinner at AKL.

Head over to MK and take their bus to AKL. When you are done eating, if it is before 11pm, then take the bus to MK (from AKL) and then head back to WL. The buses should be running between MK and AKL until midnight in order to get the guests all back.

Take the bus from AKL to MK and tell the driver that you ae going to WL.

If you are the only guests on the bus, he may get the OK to drop you off at WL before returning to MK
