AKL: Standard studio vs. Value studio?

Got it! This value studio rivals any studio I've ever had anywhere at WDW. Definitely the best ever at AKL, and I've had both standard and savannah besides this value. Yes, so far I'd say I like the savannah view from this value studio better than the ones I've had from savannah views.

Here's a room map for Jambo House. The Values are along the Ostrich Trail and Giraffe Trail. The Standard View will be those numbered 54XX in the area around the Uzima Pool.

In the map that is linked, along the Ostrich and Giraffe trails (on the parking lot sides) are a bunch of white rooms that have #s, but aren't labeled on the key (ex rooms 5101-5106). Some of them aren't even blocked off as rooms? Does anyone know if these are value studios as well? We have one booked for our trip next summer and I'm just curious to our chances of avoiding a parking lot view.

I believe those are standard hotel rooms.

That is my understanding as well, that those are AKL standard view hotel rooms that were not converted into AKV villas.
