AKL Savannah, Poly or Contemporary

Hi

I posted yesterday as I was having problems booking an AKL Savannah room for 5, but I have seen some good deals with Virgin staying at Poly and Contemporary but I have only ever stayed in All Star Movies and Sports so this will be a big difference and one time only stay other times we will be staying at Port Orleans or hiring a villa. Its for husbands 30th birthday. We will be staying in March. Has anyone been in March? What is the weather and ques like?

What parks do you want to be close to? The AKL is a little further away from everything except the AK. If you have little kids in your group, you may want the Poly or Contemporary as they are monirail to the MK. We stayed at the AKL last summer -- it was okay. For the second half of our stay, we were at the Yacht Club -- DH has since voiced if he had his choices he would go back to the YC rather than the AKL. Unless you are really into animals and like being a little further away from the action, I would not recommend the AKL.

I would want to go too all parks the only thing that appeals to me about AKL is the Savannah seeing the animals with the scenery. The deals I saw for Poly and Contemporary were really good but were in standard rooms. The only thing I like about Poly is the beach and all the other activities and being able to see MK.

The only other dilemma is how do I find out which one my husbands prefers without giving the game away.
