AKL Room Request Question

Hi all,

I recently booked a savannah view room at AKL. I didn't have an option to specifically book an Arusha view, and I can't access my online check-in from the website to make requests online. I'm going to call them today to make my requests that way, and I was wondering what would be the best way to phrase the request? I've never stayed at AKL before... is there a specific section that has better views than others? Are lower or higher floors better? Any info would be greatly appreciated

My wife and I stayed there once for three nights. We were on the third floor, Arusha view. I can only speak for the one time but I liked being higher up, because you can look down over the savanna. And I didn't feel like we were so far up to make it seem like there was too much distance between us and the animals. Hopefully you will get some more responses from people that were lower down or higher up than we were. We love that resort!!!
