AKL room map and numbers Help

Hi all! Just wondering if anyone out there has a room map with numbers and their locations in AKL. Would love to know where the standard rooms are situated and what trail may offer better standard views then others. Thanks for any help. We have never been to AKL and would love to be a little prepared at check in.

you can find maps at allears.net.
If you are talking about Jambo house and NOT DVC most standard rooms would be near the entrance facing the road and parking lots. There are others that are used such as pool views with tress in front of them and some Savannah views that have buildings in front.
DVC rooms are pool view and some savannah views that are considered partial.
if you are staying at Kidani Village the description will be similar but there is also views of the road.
The short answer is no one can say where all the rooms are... but if you request close to the lobby you will have a view of the parking lots... if you do not mind a walk you could get a more desirable view.

Having recently booked a standard room in Jambo house I can tell you we researched room locations using touringplans.com resort room finder tool. I also got some tips on the AKL page in this section. We requested Zebra trail 3rd floor and hoping for a partial Savannah view.

Parks2go.com ( I think that is the website) has a map with room numbers and color codes for AKV.

You might not want to request a specific room number, you may want to request things such as upper floor, close to pool, etc., or whatever is important to you. If a specific room number is not available, you may not get anywhere near where you wanted. I've also heard that at AKL, it's well worth the money to upgrade to pool view.

I wasn't going to request a particular room number but upon check in i could ask for a certain one if available .Just wanted some heads up so i have some idea. I would love to upgrade to a pool view but nothing is available.
