AKL quick question

hi all. Our family always stays in a one or two BR. Just realizing that with our studio stay I won't have the luxury of doing laundry in our room. We have only stayed at AKL once. Can someone please tell me where the washing machines are? Thanks!

Back when they issued room keycards, you needed to insert the card to open the door, at least that was the case with the DVC laundry area in Jambo House. I imagine they use a magic band reader now so be sure to take your band with you when you go to the laundry room. You will likely have your band on anyway since you will need it to get back into your room but thought I would mention it just in case.

The machines are free to use, you will need to bring or purchase detergent.
