AKL or poly

Hey everyone! DF and I are doing 3 day land 4 night sea package for our disneymoon. Which resort should we choose AKL or Poly? Thanks for your help. Neither one of us has ever stayed at either so your help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Risking being kicked permanently off the Poly rah-rah squad - was first there in 1972 so I consider myself a solid member - anyway, I loved AKL last January. Really, contemplating the last lovely, absolutely wonderful trip to the Poly, I have to say..............I really missed the AKL in some ways. They are my two fav resorts and both are heavily themed and have strong romantic possibilities. Jikos is so much more adult and sophisticated than Ohanas (which is more fun than particularly adult). *sigh* You've done well in winnowing your choices. I wish you sweet agony in deciding.

Both are beautiful, exotic and romantic!

AK has a much more remote location (which may work out well for your honeymoon), while the Poly is more centrally located and has easier access to most parks (except AK). If you want to do alot of Disney in your 3 days on land, choose Poly for proximity to the rest of the world; if you plan to relax, choose AKL.

Both are great, but out of the two I would pick the Poly. The location is much more convenient, and as much as I think the AKL is very cool in terms of atmosphere, the Poly is just even better, in my opinion.
