So we would like to decide for our August trip by the end of the weekend. We usually stay at the Poly but it's just not in the budget for this year. So, we have narrowed it down between AKL and CBR. We have went over it many times and just looking for some fresh opinions or things we may not have thought of.
I can say that we are not going to be going park commando and do plan on early morning park visits and then relaxing at the resort and maybe heading back out in the evening for dinner or a park visit.
For CBR I like the fact that there are numerous beaches and volleyball court at one of them along with a $10 cab ride to the Boardwalk. The bad side is smaller rooms with no balcony and a poor on-site restaurant.
For AKL there are 3 sit-down restaurants to choose from, deluxe hotel, balconies, two cool bar areas, nice pool area. The bad side is a bit remote and higher price then CBR.
Do they blast really loud music at the AKL pool in the afternoon?
Thanks!
